“Getting Up to Speed” The picture of the article features trains in California and shows what speed they go out and how long it takes for that train to get to a destination if departing from Los Angeles.  The article is about the infrastructure project that Californians voted into effect.  It talks about the need and desire to get up to the speed of Europe’s high speed trains.
